COVID-19

Registration/check-in and check-out are mandatory for entry. This is essential for Track & Protect purposes. You will be required to scan our QR code and provide your contact details. If you do not provide these, we will be unable to serve you.

  • Please do not visit us if you are suffering, or have suffered in the past 14 days, from the symptoms of COVID-19.

  • All guests MUST follow the latest COVID-19 government rules and restrictions whilst on the SOUL premises, including household group limits. If you are unsure what these are, ask a member of staff.

  • Face masks are mandatory when waiting for entry and in our venue, unless you are seated at a table.

  • Observe social distancing. Ensure a zone of at least 1m physical distancing from other households inside our venue, and 2m distance from others if you are waiting for entry.

  • We will be operating table service only; you should be seated, not standing, dancing or waiting at the bar.

  • Tables should be pre-booked in advance where possible.

  • Limit the number of hospitality settings you visit in one day.

  • Avoid shouting or singing - this increases the risk of transmission.

  • Follow good hygiene practices.

  • Pay attention to signage, guidance, and instructions from staff.

  • No cash payments will be accepted, and payment must be made at the time of ordering. Please pay by card, and contactless where possible.

  • Please do not gather/loiter in toilet areas or walkways to toilets.

  • Strictly over 18s only.

  • It is not permitted to leave our licensed area with any alcohol. Please consume all beverages with the designated SOUL/The Garden at SOUL areas.


General Liability

PB Devco and its associated venues will not be liable for failure to provide advertised services in the following circumstances; a) destruction or damage to the venue, b) industrial action by employees, or staff of a major supplier, c) any other matter out with their control.

PB Devco will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of belongings that may occur within the venues.

Smoking Policy

By law, all of PB Devco venues are non-smoking. Any persons caught smoking on the premises will be removed and receive a fine.

Drugs Policy

PB Devco has a zero tolerance regarding drug use on the premises and any person caught using or in possession of drugs will be reported to the police.

Right of Admission

The management teams of PB Devco venues reserve the right of admission at all times. The following PB Devco venues are over 18s venues: College, 21 Crimes, Queen Vic, and The Howff. The following venues allow under 18s on the premises until 9:30pm if they are accompanied by an adult and are having a meal: Soul, The Bieldside Inn (restaurant area only) and Vovem Meat & Liquor. The management and licensed security door stewards have complete authority to deny access or evict any customer they feel is under the influence of too much alcohol, underage, or of an undesirable nature to be within the venue. These decisions are final and non-negotiable.
